Terms and Conditions

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before booking a tour on our trail. By booking a date, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

  1. Reservations:
Access to the trail is not free and advance reservations are required prior to the tour. We cannot guarantee the availability of tours for those arriving without a reservation. If a person arrives without a reservation, he/she may experience delays or not be served in a timely manner due to the limited capacity of our groups and compliance with security measures. Therefore, we strongly recommend making a reservation in advance through our online system or by contacting our team to secure your place on the tour and enjoy a smooth experience.
All reservations must be made in advance through our online reservation system, by phone or email. You can pay with cash, SINPE or credit card at the time of the tour. No deposit is required prior to the reserved date.
  2. Cancellations and changes:
You can cancel your reservation without any extra charge up to 1 day before the scheduled date. To make changes to the reservation, contact us at least 3 days in advance to guarantee availability.
  3. Refunds:
No refunds are given once the tour has started. However, adjustments or rescheduling may be made based on availability.
  4. Trail Conditions:
Our trail, while very accessible, can present uneven and challenging terrain. It is the participant’s responsibility to be physically fit and prepared to hike in natural conditions.
Participants are expected to follow all established rules and regulations to ensure safety and preservation of the natural environment.
  5. Equipment and preparation:
Participants are advised to wear appropriate footwear, comfortable clothing, sun protection and sufficient water during the tour. Participants should inquire about weather and trail conditions prior to departure and be prepared for sudden changes in weather conditions.
  6. Safety:
The safety of our clients is our top priority. Our staff is trained to respond to emergencies and provide assistance if necessary.
  7. Children’s Access Policy:
All children may enter the trail accompanied by a responsible adult who will ensure the child’s safety and appropriate behavior during the visit. If a child does not comply with the established behavior policy, both the child and the responsible adult may be required to leave the trail. Children over 9 years of age must pay the regular entrance fee, while children under this age may enter free of charge.
  8. Behavior Policy:
All visitors are expected to maintain moderate behavior during the trail. This includes not running, as it may frighten the animals and disturb the natural environment. In addition, touching animals or plants is prohibited due to the potential danger of toxic residue from creams or repellents or in such a case, getting bitten. In some areas of the trail, absolute silence is required in order to observe certain species in their natural habitat.
  9. Company responsibility and emergency procedures:
It is the responsibility of the company to maintain the trails in good condition. In the event that someone suffers an accident during the visit, our emergency team will come to their aid and report the situation to the local authorities through the 911 emergency number to receive timely medical assistance.
  10. Photography and recording policy:
Visitors may use cameras as normal during the tour to capture memories of their visit. However, invasive behavior to the natural environment, such as climbing devices on trees or other actions that may cause damage to the environment, is prohibited. In addition, camera traps are prohibited on the trail; that is, visitors may not leave devices or batteries unattended anywhere on the trail and must carry all of their equipment with them at all times.

These policies are designed to ensure the safety of our visitors and the preservation of the trail’s natural environment. By making a reservation and visiting our trail, you agree to abide by these policies and regulations.
